Ryan Cos., Minneapolis, named Lisa Kro chief financial and administrative officer. Kro was a founder and managing partner of Mill City Capital.

Hamer-Fischbein, Plymouth, named Thurman Melson as president. Melson was vice president and general manager for connected buildings at Honeywell were he had management positions for more than 20 years.

On the move

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, added five new lawyers to the firm: Anthony Todero as a principal, Brian Carr as a specialist, Brad Heitzinger as a special counsel and Beth Morrison and Max Schwartz as associates.

StoneArch, Minneapolis, named Jennifer Mugnaini vice president of account management. With the company since 2008, she previously worked at Tad Ware and Co. and Modern Climate.
