Nilan Johnson Lewis, Minneapolis, named Heidi Christianson president. Christianson served as chairwoman of the corporate and transactional services practice group. Nilan Johnson Lewis also named Tyler Adams, Zach Crain and Sarah Riskin shareholders.
Gopher Resource, Eagan, named Brian Leen president and chief executive. Leen was president and chief executive of ADA Carbon Solutions. Gopher Resource also named Eric Robinson senior vice president and chief operating officer. Robinson worked for ADA Carbon Solutions.

Allianz Life Insurance Co. of North America, Golden Valley, named Jenny Guldseth chief human resources officer. Guldseth joined the company in 2006 and most recently was vice president of rewards and performance.
Ballard Spahr named Peter Michaud chairman of the business and finance department. Michaud was managing partner of the firm's Minneapolis office and joined Ballard Spahr as part of the 2018 merger with Lindquist & Vennum. Ballard Spahr also named Karla Vehrs managing partner of the Minneapolis office.
DeWitt named Julie Nagorski partner. Nagorski serves on the boards for the Phoenix Residence and Bundles of Love Charity.

Greater Mankato Growth named Jaci Sprague director of business and community relations effective Feb. 1. Sprague was senior district manager for Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest. Greater Mankato Growth also named Emmy Forsyth talent resources liaison.
