Northwestern Health Sciences University, Bloomington, named Deb Bushway president and chief executive. Bushway joined the university in 2016 as provost and worked for Metropolitan State University and Capella University.
Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association and Ramsey County Bar Association named Cheryl Dalby chief executive and Susie Brown chief operating officer of the three associations. Dalby was the executive director of the Ramsey County Bar Association. Brown was executive director of the Hennepin County Bar Association.
Parallel Technologies, Eden Prairie, named Matt Schwartz director of technology and engineering. Schwartz joined the company in 2013 as lead integration engineer and was owner of Zephyr Controls.
HGA, Minneapolis, named Sarah Berseth Minneapolis office director. Berseth joined HGA in 2004 and will continue in her primary role as mechanical engineer.

Cresset Family Office named Joel Alberts client adviser in the Midwest market headquartered in Minneapolis. Alberts was a director at the Minneapolis office of Wells Fargo's Abbot Downing.
Nerdery, Bloomington, named John Biondi vice president of user experience design. Biondi was chief experience officer of Publicis in New York and worked for Atomic Playpen, Modern Climate and SapientRazorfish.
Dorsey & Whitney named the following partners effective Jan. 1: Jenny Ede, Ben Kappelman, Lincoln Loehrke, Matthew Peckosh, Mike Rowe, Mike Stinson, Jack Sullivan and Sarah Zach.

Honors
Minnesota Restaurant Association, Maplewood, inducted Wayne Kostroski into the Minnesota Hospitality Hall of Fame. Kostroski is founder of Taste of the NFL and co-owner of Cuisine Concepts and Franklin Street Bakery.
Minnesota Chapter of the American Public Works Association gave Mark Maloney the Hugo G. Erickson Award. Maloney is public works director for Shoreview.
