Graco, Minneapolis, named Angie Wordell executive vice president of operations effective Dec. 29. Wordell is director of purchasing and was director of manufacturing operations for the industrial products division from 2008 to 2017.
Padilla, Minneapolis, named Dan Reilly senior vice president and leader of SMS Research Advisors. Reilly joined the firm in 2013 and was vice president of client services for SMS Research Advisors.
Boulay, Eden Prairie, named Jay Brown partner. Brown joined Boulay in 2017 and worked for Securian Financial Group.
City National Bank named Diane Wakefield leader of the private-banking team for the Minneapolis region. Wakefield joined the bank in 2015 and was senior private banker for the San Francisco office.
Northwest Minnesota Foundation, Bemidji, named Ashley Johnson senior development officer. Johnson joined the foundation in 2012 as a communications specialist and was named development officer in 2017. Northwest Minnesota Foundation also named Mic McCrory development officer.

Prime Therapeutics, Eagan, named Michael Looney senior vice president of government programs. Looney held leadership positions for Express Scripts and worked for Ernst & Young, Accenture and Centene Corp.
Founders Properties, Minnetonka, named Chris Courneya director of investments. Courneya worked for Unire Real Estate Group in Brea, Calif., and Onward Investors.
New Market Bank, Elko New Market, named Tom Hazlett senior vice president-mortgage. Hazlett is a former president of the Burnsville Rotary.
