DLA Piper named Poonam Kumar partner. Kumar joined DLA Piper in 2012 and serves on the board for Minnesota Women Lawyers. Halunen Law, Minneapolis, named Chris Moreland partner. Moreland joined the firm in 2016 and serves on the board of governors for the Minnesota Association for Justice.
