Hormel Foods, Austin, Minn., named Jeff Frank vice president of food service marketing. Frank was president of MegaMex Foods in Orange, Calif., and previously worked for Hormel Foods as vice president of retail marketing.

Allina Health, Minneapolis, named Robert Tuttle medical director of the nonprofit's orthopedic clinical service line. Tuttle worked for Twin Cities Orthopedics and will continue his surgical practice at Abbott Northwestern Hospital.

Fulcrum Health, Plymouth, named Shireen Stone chief operating officer. Stone held leadership positions at CliftonLarsonAllen, Park Nicollet Health Services and HealthEast Care System.

Kraus-Anderson Development Co., Bloomington, named Craig Patterson vice president of development. Patterson was a regional manager for Marcus & Millichap and held leadership positions for CSM Corp., First Industrial Realty Trust, Welsh Development and Opus Northwest.

Adolfson & Peterson Construction, St. Louis Park, named Humberto Lopez vice president of industrial markets. Lopez held leadership positions for the Weitz Co. and Steller Group.

TKDA, St. Paul, named Marcus Watson planning group manager for the firm's airport division. Watson was an aviation planner for KLJ and completed an airport master plan/airport layout plan for Roseau, Minn.

Bruni Media, Minneapolis, named Lance Robbins president. Robbins was president of Saban Entertainment and Fox Family Television Studios.

Salo, Minneapolis, named Jon Cermak talent connection manager. Cermak worked for Sleep Number, Buffalo Wild Wings and Target.

Moving up

LS Black Constructors, Maplewood, named Jim French chief operating officer. French joined the firm in 2006 and most recently was vice president of operations.

Ideal Credit Union, Woodbury, named Tina Howe E-branch manager. Howe joined the credit union in 2000 as a teller.
