Medica, Minnetonka, named Nichole White vice president, health services. White joined Medica in 2016 as vice president, pharmacy services and held leadership positions at Express Scripts, Prime Therapeutics and Fairview Pharmacy Services.
Bell Bank named Becca Kronlund senior vice president, commercial legal and loan documentation credit. Kronlund joined the bank in 2012 and most recently was senior vice president, commercial finance attorney.

KLJ named Eric Michel vice president of the energy and natural resources division. Michel was president and chief executive of Ulteig and serves as president for the American Council of Engineering Cos. of North Dakota.
SixSpeed, St. Louis Park, named Tara Meyers director of experiential and content production. Meyers was senior vice president, managing director for CPC Experiential and worked for Periscope. SixSpeed also named Chris Thorson studio manager/creative operations. Thorson held leadership and senior positions at Fame and Latitude.
Guild Incorporated, St. Paul, named Tiffany Grandchamp chief operations officer. Grandchamp was director of quality and operations for Resource and worked for Allina.
Inland Development Partners, St. Louis Park, named Bob Cunningham partner. Cunningham was principal at Melrose Co. and Told Development Co.
Henningson & Snoxell, Maple Grove, named Chuck Hollenhorst to the firm's commercial and business department. Hollenhorst has been practicing law for more than 20 years and was an executive vice president and chief financial officer before practicing law.
Avenica, Minneapolis, named Jared Phillips vice president of sales and business development. Phillips was a risk management consultant for Cottingham & Butler in Chicago and worked for Hub International.
