Felhaber Larson, Minneapolis, named Sara McGrane president. McGrane joined the firm in 1999 and served as an assistant attorney general for North Dakota.

Martin Williams, Minneapolis, named Anna Stassen vice president, group creative director. Stassen joined the company in 2012 and worked for Fallon and Target.

Stoel Rives named Greg Fontaine and Aleava Sayre partners in the environmental, land use and natural resources group. Fontaine and Sayre were co-chairs of Stinson Leonard Street's mining practice and partners in the firm.

Minneapolis Foundation named Dominick Washington vice president of marketing and communications effective Oct. 30. Washington worked for the Bush Foundation and UnitedHealth Group.

Minnesota Housing Partnership, St. Paul, named Anne Mavity executive director. Mavity was director of new projects for Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative.

LiftPoint Consulting, Eden Prairie, named Shawn Bates vice president of data science. Bates worked for ICF Olson, Advance Auto Parts, Best Buy and Bluestem Brands.

Accredited Investors Wealth Management, Edina, named Brianna Mooty director of estate and charitable planning. Mooty was a practicing attorney for Gray Plant Mooty.

Mairs & Power, St. Paul, named Mary Schmid Daugherty board chair effective Jan. 1. Daugherty is an associate professor of finance at the University of St. Thomas and serves on the board for Meritex Co. Mairs & Power also named Susan Knight, former senior vice president and chief financial officer for MTS Systems, and Mark Henneman, Mairs & Power president and chief investment officer, to the board.

Minnesota Dental Association, Minneapolis, named David Resch president. Resch is a dentist at Associated Dentists and a former president of the St. Paul District Dental Society.
