Medica also named Sarah Taylor vice president, healthcare economics. Taylor joined Medica in 2008 and was senior director of healthcare economics.
Kraus-Anderson Realty Co., Bloomington, Mike Hille executive vice president. Hille joined Kraus-Anderson in 2016 and held leadership positions for Target Corp. Kraus-Anderson Development Co. named Matt Alexander senior vice president. Alexander joined Kraus-Anderson Realty in 2006 as director of real estate development.
Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies (MACP), Eden Prairie, named Heather Kukla vice president and general counsel. Kukla joined MACP in 2009 as director of legal affairs and was promoted to general counsel in 2016.
