Martin Williams Advertising, Minneapolis, named Swapna Desai senior vice president, director of business strategy. Desai joined the firm in 2012 as an account director. Martin Williams also named Marty Enerson senior vice president, director of operations.

Halunen Law, Minneapolis, named Melissa Wolchansky equity partner. Wolchansky joined the firm in 2012 and chairs the complex litigation and class-action law practice.

Climate by Design International, Owatonna, Minn., named Reuben Flesner senior design engineer. Flesner joined the company in 2011 and was an applications engineer.

Ideal Credit Union, Woodbury, named Kristy Baker branch manager of the Inver Grove Heights office. Baker joined the credit union in 2007.

Winnebago Industries named Bryan Hughes chief financial officer effective May 15. Hughes was senior vice president and corporate controller for Ecolab and serves on the board for Boys and Girls Club of the Twin Cities.

Avantech, Baxter, Minn., named Kevin Cook computer numerical control (CNC) business manager. Cook previously oversaw more than 50 CNC machining centers.

Knutson Construction, St. Louis Park, named Brendan Moore project executive. Moore was a senior project manager for Mortenson Construction.

Leo A Daly named Sherief El-Banna senior project manager for Minneapolis. El-Banna was senior vice president, architectural services for Welsh Architecture and worked for Target Corp.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, named Kathryn Lyons senior portfolio manager for the private client reserve. Lyons was a senior investment consultant for Securian Financial Group. U.S. Bank also named Chris Jones trust officer for the private client reserve. Jones was a new business trust officer for Ameriprise Financial and worked for Wells Fargo.

Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named John Thwing senior Small Business Administration business lending officer.

MN Community Measurement, Minneapolis, named Julie Sonier president. Sonier was director of Minnesota's State Employee Group Insurance Program and worked for the Minnesota Department of Health.
