Boulay, Eden Prairie, named Jay Brown director of wealth management services and development. Brown was a director for Securian Financial Group.

Marketplace Home Mortgage, Edina, named Brett Esterberg chief financial officer. Esterberg worked in the finance department for U.S. Bank Home Mortgage.

GHR Foundation, Minneapolis, named Andy Christensen director of private markets. Christensen was director of private markets for Carleton College and was a portfolio manager for the Minnesota State Board of Investment.

Dorsey & Whitney, Minneapolis, named Jay Kim partner in its banking industry group. Kim was executive vice president, general counsel and director of corporate development for Alerus Financial Corp.

Mohr Partners named Tony Weinstine managing partner. Weinstine was a principal at Marquee Real Estate Advisors and held leadership positions at CBRE.

Vitaldyne, Cokato, named David Timmersman president. Timmersman was vice president of Medical Extrusion Technologies and worked for LSA Laser.

Kraus-Anderson, Minneapolis, named Scott Casanova senior project manager. Casanova was a senior project manager for Doran Construction and held leadership positions for Carstensen Contracting, Ryan Cos. and Weis Builders. Kraus-Anderson also named Marcelo Lamoza and Dale Sonnechsen project managers and Mark Preston and Tyler Sarff superintendents.

CoBeck Construction Co., South St. Paul, named Mike Larson project manager/MEP coordinator and Ross Nelson project manager.

TKDA, St. Paul, named Julie Tufte safety manager. Tufte was a safety manager for Braun Intertec and is a member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.

SixSpeed, St. Louis Park, named Bob Molhoek chief marketing officer. Molhoek was chief marketing officer and senior vice president of organic client growth for Olson.

Gage, Plymouth, named Tony Rivera customer success manager. Rivera worked for Public Works, Macleod & Co. and PMX Agency and is president of the Minnesota chapter of the American Marketing Assocation. Gage also named Cody Singsaas senior front end developer.

On the board

National LGBT Bar Association and Foundation named Lousene Hoppe to the board. Hoppe is a shareholder at Fredrikson & Byron.
