PadillaCRT, Minneapolis, named Matt Kucharski president. Kucharski joined the firm in 1989 and serves on the board for Minnesota High Tech Association, Twin Cities American Heart Association and Pheasants Forever.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel named Brad Hall executive vice president and chief financial officer. Hall joined Carlson in 1998 and most recently was executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer for Carlson.

United Properties, Bloomington, named Eric Skalland executive vice president and chief financial officer. Skalland joined the firm in 2007 and most recently was vice president and chief accounting officer.

Kraus-Anderson Constructions Co., Minneapolis, named Dave Lenss vice president of pre-construction services. Lenss joined the company in 2012 as vice president of project management and was president of Graham Construction Services.

ESP IT, Minneapolis, named Kelli Moretter-Bue president. Moretter-Bue joined ESP IT in 2015 as controller and most recently was vice president of finance and operations.

Jones Day named J. Thomas Vitt partner in its intellectual property practice. Vitt was a partner at Dorsey & Whitney Law Firm and serves on the board for Catholic Charities of St. Paul and Minneapolis and Hennepin Theatre Trust.

JT Mega Food Advertising, St. Louis Park, named Anna Braun director of business development. Braun was a marketing manager for Polaris and worked for Periscope.

GWG Holdings, Minneapolis, named Brian Chen vice president of research and analytics. Chen worked for the National Institute on Aging and the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute's Framingham Heart Study.

Alatus, Minneapolis, named Vishal Dutt chief financial officer. Dutt was senior finance manager for Meyer Real Estate Group and worked for Carlson Real Estate Group, Steiner Development and Hempel.

Twin Cities in Motion, St. Paul, named Kelly Donahue event experience manager. Donahue was race director for Life Time Events & Media and was a cross-country coach at Robbinsdale Armstrong High School.

DSG Wealth Management, Minneapolis, named Cynthia Slater private wealth adviser. Slater was director of business development for the Minneapolis office of Rothschild Capital Partners and worked for Piper Jaffray.
