Foley & Mansfield, Minneapolis, named Lisa Lamm Bachman managing partner. Lamm Bachman serves on the board for Battered Women's Legal Advocacy Project and was a board member for the Hennepin County Bar Foundation. Foley & Mansfield also named Joanna Salmen and Wyatt Partridge partners of the firm.

AmeriPride Services also named Leo Smith vice president of customer operations. Smith joined the company in 2009 and most recently was senior director of customer operations.

McGrann was a senior portfolio manager for Alliance Bernstein and a member of their private client investment policy group. Cron was a senior portfolio manager for Bronfman E.L. Rothschild and worked for Baker Tilly and U.S. Bank Asset Management.
