Brandriet joined Allianz Life Financial Services in 2007 as district director and held leadership positions for AXA, Jackson National Life, BankSouth Investments and PrimeVest Financial Services He serves on the board for Washburn Center for Children.
Associated General Contractors of Minnesota, St. Paul, named Tim Worke chief executive, effective Jan. 1. Worke joined the association in 2003 as director, highway and transportation division and worked for the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
Sico, Edina, named Ken Steinbauer president and chief operating officer. Steinbauer joined the firm in 2008 and will continue as president of Sico America.

Midwest Dairy Association, St. Paul, named Cindy Sorensen senior vice president. Sorensen joined the association in 2008 and held sales and sales management roles for Coca-Cola and Nestlé.
George Konik Associates, Edina, named Brittany Nelson director of business development. Nelson joined the firm in 2015 and most recently was business development manager.

Messerli & Kramer, Minneapolis, named attorney Michael Boulette to the divorce and family law group. Boulette was an attorney for Lindquist & Vennum and is an adjunct professor for the University of St. Thomas School of Law.
Westman, Champlin & Koehler, Minneapolis, named Austen Zuege an officer. Zuege was a shareholder for Kinney & Lange and served on the Minneapolis Civilian Police Review Authority Board from 2008 to 2012.
Colle+McVoy, Minneapolis, named Mark Andersen group creative director. Andersen was senior creative director at Best Buy and worked for Leo Burnett, Olson and Martin Williams.
