Nexus, Plymouth, named Brock Wolff president and chief executive effective March 2017. Wolff joined the nonprofit in 2012 as chief operating officer and was president and chief executive of Orchard Place in Iowa. Current President and Chief Executive David Hutchinson announced his retirement.

AgriBank, St. Paul, named Bill Thone chief executive. Thone joined the bank in 1992 as assistant general counsel and has been the interim chief executive since August.

Moving up

Edge Marketing, Inver Grove Heights, named Vicki LaBrosse director of global public relations. LaBrosse joined the firm in 2007 and was director of media relations.

Anchor Bank named Wendy Boos assistant vice president, bank manager for the Lakeville office.

On the move

Northwest Minnesota Foundation, Bemidji, named Missy Okeson program specialist — early childhood and youth. Okeson was an education manager for Northwest Community Action Head Start.

Widseth Smith Nolting named Yanyan Li project architect for the Rochester office.

On the board

U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary's Advisory Committee on National Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Objectives for 2030 named Nico Pronk an advisory member. Pronk is vice president for health management and chief science officer at HealthPartners.

University of Northwestern, St. Paul, named Dan Stoltz chairman. Stoltz is chief executive and president of Spire Credit Union and a graduate of the university.

American Intellectual Property Law Association, named Brad Pedersen to the board. Pederson is a patent attorney for Patterson Thuente IP.

The Minneapolis Foundation named Peggy Flanagan, Devean George, Leni Moore, Sahra Noor, Ravi Norman and John Taft to the board.
