ON THE MOVE

The Lacek Group, Minneapolis, named Doug Smalley director of application development and information systems.

Organizational Concepts International, Minneapolis, named Adaire Peterson a managing partner and Maile Topliff to work with the firm's clients to solve challenges with business and people. Peterson managed her own leadership consulting practice for the past 10 years. Topliff held corporate director-level positions with UnitedHealth Group.
