PadillaCRT, Minneapolis, named Tina Charpentier senior vice president, environmental sciences practice. Charpentier joined the firm in 2008 and serves on the board for Make a Wish Foundation of Minnesota. PadillaCRT also named Tracy Carlson senior director, Rohit Keshwani associate solutions architect, Thea Buri associate creative director and Alisa Coddington manager, market intelligence.

Ideal Credit Union, Woodbury, named Chris Friederichs vice president of lending operations. Friederichs joined Ideal in 1989 as a teller and most recently was director of central underwriting.

Allianz Life Insurance Co. of North America, Golden Valley, named Stephanie Thomes vice president, head of alternative investments for Allianz Investment Management (AIM). Thomes was a director in private equity risk management for Black River Asset Management and worked for Carval Investors. Allianz Life also named Johan Grahn assistant vice president, portfolio management for AIM. Grahn was assistant vice president and portfolio manager for MetLife.

Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq, Bloomington, named Andy Sundgaard senior vice president/regional director of property management. Sundgaard was a vice president for Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group and previously worked 14 years for Cushman & Wakefield NorthMarq.

United Properties, Bloomington, named Sheila Thelemann marketing director. Thelemann was director of public relations for Prime Therapeutics and worked for Opus Group.

Comcast named Chris Passaro vice president, human resources. Passaro was senior director of human resources for flow and filtration solutions at Pentair and worked for GE Healthcare and Ziegler Caterpillar. Comcast also named Marcos Vicente vice president, finance and accounting. Vicente joined Comcast in 2001 and most recently was a director of business operations.

IdentiSys, Eden Prairie, named Michael Reding senior vice president of physical access and video security. Reding was chief operating officer and co-owner of Linstar and president and chief executive of Performance Alliance Partners.
