Boulay, Eden Prairie, named Steve Behrns managing partner. Behrns joined the firm in 1982 and was named a partner in 1995.
Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, Bloomington, named Julie Samuelson vice president, facilities management. Samuelson joined the company in 2000 and served on the board for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Minneapolis. Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq also named Patrick Hamilton senior director, geographic information system and market analytics. Hamilton joined the company in 2008 and worked for CB Richard Ellis.
Wenck Construction, Golden Valley, named Todd Iverson project executive. Iverson joined Wenck in 1999 as a project manager and most recently was a senior project manager.
Knutson Construction, St. Louis Park, named Micah Vrieze project manager. Vrieze joined the company in 2013 as an assistant project manager.

AdoptAClassroom.org, Minneapolis, named Ann Ness executive director. Ness was vice president of marketing and enrollment management at Hamline University and worked for Cargill and Radisson Hotels Worldwide. She has served on the boards for Milkweed Editions, Children's Theatre Company and MacPhail School of Music.
Children's Minnesota, Minneapolis, named Todd Ostendorf chief financial officer. Ostendorf was chief financial officer for North Memorial Health Care and worked for UnitedHealth Group. Children's Minnesota also named Jennifer Olson vice president of strategy and business development and Michael Morrey vice president, operations, mother baby clinical service line.
Great River Energy, Maple Grove, named Mark Fagan vice president and chief business development officer. Fagan was vice president of risk and generation at Brazos Electric Power Cooperative in Texas and previously held leadership positions for Great River Energy.
Capital City Business Council, St. Paul, named Phil Krinkie president. Krinkie is president of the Snelling Co. and was president of the Taxpayers League of Minnesota. He served as a Minnesota state representative and is on the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities board.
United Skin Specialists, Plymouth, named Keelan Diehl corporate development director and Eileen Kielblock as regional practice manager.
