RBC Wealth Management named Tom Sagissor president. Sagissor joined the firm in 1993 and serves on the board for Ronald McDonald House Charities Upper Midwest.

Pathway Health, White Bear Lake, named Peter Schuna president and chief executive. Schuna joined the company in 2009 and most recently was chief operating officer and president. He worked for the HealthEast Care System and Benedictine Health System.

North Star Resource Group, Minneapolis, named Diane Yohn chief operating officer. Yohn joined the firm in 1988 and most recently was executive vice president. She is a former president of the Minnesota chapter of the General Agents and Managers Association.

On the move

Kraus-Anderson Construction, Minneapolis, named Tony Sjolander director of project planning and development. Sjolander was director of business development for DLR Group Architects and Engineers. Kraus-Anderson also named Brooke Peterson and Dave Route project superintendents.

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, named Sam Sigelman and Ryan Palmer principals. Sigelman was a partner at Lindquist & Vennum and served on the Hamline University School of Law Alumni Board. Palmer was a shareholder at Monroe Moxness Berg and is a University of St. Thomas School of Law adjunct faculty member. Gray Plant Mooty also named Lavon Emerson-Henry special counsel. Emerson-Henry was an attorney at Monroe Moxness Berg.

Fredrikson & Byron, Minneapolis, named Tiffanea Mulder counsel. Mulder worked for Medtronic and serves on the board for Minnesota AIDS Project.

Parallel Technologies, Eden Prairie, named Lisa Mountain senior account manager. Mountain worked for Universal Protection Service and serves on the board for the Minnesota chapter of the American Society of Industrial Security.

Campus Media Group, Bloomington, named Joan Nelson sales director. Nelson worked for Digital First Media, Brandpoint and Lakana.

Vertebral Technologies, Minnetonka, named Brian Thron marketing director. Thron worked for KorTerra and the Tile Shop.

Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa, St. Paul, named Teresa Spaeth executive director. Spaeth was an executive director at Agricultural Utilization Research Institute in Crookston, Minn.
