Arctic Cat, Plymouth, named Erik Nelson vice president and general manager of the snowmobile division and international sales. Nelson joined the company in 2013 as director of international sales and worked for Marquis Yachts. Arctic Cat also named Patricia Jones chief human resources officer. Jones was senior vice president of administration for Lifetouch and worked for Allina Hospitals and Clinics.
Wells Fargo named Sterling Sankey senior managing director for the Private Bank in the Great Lakes region. Sankey joined the bank in 2008 and most recently was senior director of sales in the Mountain Northwest region for the Private Bank. He served on the board for the Seattle Art Museum and the Workforce Development Council of Snohomish County, Wash. Wells Fargo also named Patrick Boldischar wealth adviser for the Private Bank.
Wenck Construction, Golden Valley, named Andy Hoffmann vice president of preconstruction. Hoffmann joined Wenck in 2007 as a project coordinator and serves on the board for the Midwest chapter of the Construction Management Association of Minnesota.
Leo A Daly named Cindy McCleary vice president and Peter Yakowicz and Joshua Hoyord senior associates.

RGP Minneapolis named Ron Grell managing director. Grell was a member of the corporate finance group at Cargill and was a partner at KPMG.
North Central University, Minneapolis, named Joy Brathwaite vice president of business and finance. Brathwaite worked for Malone University in Ohio and Regent University School of Divinity in Virginia.
Knowlan's Super Markets, Vadnais Heights, named Debra Brei chief financial officer. Brei worked for Hydro Engineering.
Knock, Minneapolis, named Talia Camarena strategy director. Camarena was an account director at Fallon and worked for Time Warner Cable.
