Knutson, St. Louis Park, named Lance Hornaday general manager for the Minneapolis division. Hornaday was a project executive for W.E. O'Neil Construction Co. in Chicago.
Indian Land Capital Co., Little Canada, Minn., named Rjay Brunkow chief executive. Brunkow was chief legal counsel for the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians in North Dakota and solicitor general for the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe.
Welsh & Colliers International, Minnetonka, named Sherief El-Banna senior vice president, director of architecture. El-Banna managed regional design and construction programs for Target Corp.
Logic PD, Minneapolis, named Brian Van Batavia director of systems engineering. Van Batavia was a program leader for Polaris and worked for Eaton and MTS Systems.
Gage, Plymouth, named Alisia Davis senior project manager for Microsoft ExpertZone. Davis was a project manager at Fishbowl Solutions and MindShift Technologies. Gage also named Kasey Wellman a project manager.

The National Association of States United for Aging and Disabilities gave Jean Wood the Executive Director's Award. Wood is the executive director of the Minnesota Board on Aging and director of the Aging and Adult Services division for the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
