SICO, Edina, named Chris Wilson chief executive. Wilson joined SICO in 1999 and will continue as president of SICO and chief executive of SICO America. He was a naval flight officer for the Navy and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Tech Dump, Golden Valley, named Amanda LaGrange chief executive. LaGrange joined the company in 2013 and was the marketing director.

Briggs and Morgan, Minneapolis, named Steve Ryan chairman of the firm. Ryan joined the firm in 1994 and was most recently chairman of the commercial department. He serves on the board for Matter. Briggs and Morgan also named Ann Rainhart executive director. Rainhart was chief talent officer for Faegre Baker Daniels.

Nina Hale, Minneapolis, named Angela Needham senior manager for paid media. Needham joined the agency in 2011 and most recently was manager for paid media. Nina Hale also named Kalisha Cook project management supervisor, Danielle Norgren senior planner for paid media and Ben Williams planner for paid media.

CHS, Inver Grove Heights, named John Lenzi vice president, corporate compliance effective Sept. 28. Lenzi was a director for KPMG's fraud risk management group and worked for ITT Corp. and Altria Group. He was a board member of the Ethics and Compliance Initiative and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Direct Travel named Lori Reid director of account management for business travel. Reid held leadership positions at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and is president of Global Business Travel Association's local chapter.

Fafinski Mark & Johnson, Eden Prairie, named Sharon Van Dyck of counsel. Van Dyck was a private practice attorney and worked for Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben. She has been named a Minnesota "Super Lawyer" every year since 1999 and is a past president of the Minnesota Association for Justice.

Hogan Lovells named Peter Walsh partner in the litigation and arbitration practice group. Walsh was senior deputy general counsel and chief of litigation and government investigations for UnitedHealth Group and was an assistant U.S. attorney in Denver.

The Goodman Group, Chaska, named Tim Getty national director of sales. Getty was vice president of senior living for Health Dimensions Group and was director of sales and marketing for the Goodman Group.

Mirum Minneapolis named Julie Koepsell senior vice president, director of client services. Koepsell held leadership positions at Olson.

The Minnesota Daily, Minneapolis, named Judy Riedl general manager. Riedl was an adviser at the Auburn Plainsman in Alabama and held a similar position for the Oregon Daily Emerald at the University of Oregon.
