BNY Mellon Wealth Management named Nancy Anderson senior wealth director. Anderson was a senior private wealth adviser at U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, and held senior leadership positions at U.S. Bank Private Client Reserve, Citigroup Global Wealth Management and Merrill Lynch Trust Co. She serves on the alumni board for the William Mitchell College of Law.

KPMG named Jessica Libby director in trade and customs practice in Minneapolis. Libby held leadership positions at Target Corp. and served as an attorney for the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Trade Administration.

HGA Architects and Engineers, Minneapolis, named Alanna Carter associate vice president and health care principal in the Minneapolis office. Carter was director of the environments for aging studio with RSP Architects in Minneapolis. She is the founder of the Minnesota chapter of the Society for the Advancement of Gerontological Environments.

Knutson Construction, St. Louis Park, named Scott Hughes health care project manager. Hughes was director of construction and real estate development for Ridgeview Medical Center.

Bridging, Bloomington, named Mark Wilkening executive director. Wilkening was president of Angel Foundation and worked for Real Resources Foundation, Edina Community Foundation and the YMCA.

Signature Bank, Minnetonka, named Mark Stauffer vice president, lease finance group. Stauffer held leadership positions at GE Capital and Bank of America.

Kruskopf & Co., Minneapolis, named Lauren Akin media supervisor. Akin was a media supervisor for Haworth Marketing + Media. Kruskopf & Co. also named Amanda Crotty project manager. Crotty was a production coordinator for Gabriel deGrood Bendt.

Associated Bank named Angela O'Neill commercial banking market leader in Minnesota. O'Neill joined the bank in 2005 and most recently was corporate banking team leader in St. Paul.

Minnesota Procurement Technical Assistance Center, Minneapolis, named Christina Nebel-Dickerson director. Nebel-Dickerson was the interim director and will continue to be the Central Minnesota area manager, a position she has held for 15 years.
