Coborn's, St. Cloud, named Becky Estby senior vice president of human resources and organizational development. Estby joined the company in 2011 and serves on the board for the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA. Coborn's also named Lisa Ellis vice president of real estate. Ellis joined the company last year and held leadership positions at Target Corp. She serves on the board for the St. Cloud Downtown Council.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, named Liz Deziel head of private banking in the Twin Cities for the private client reserve. Deziel joined the company in 2005 and serves on the community board of the Downtown Minneapolis YMCA. U.S. Bank also named Thomas Raisbeck trust officer for the private client reserve in Minneapolis. Raisbeck was a general practice attorney for Eckberg, Lammers, Briggs, Wolff & Vierling.

Wells Fargo & Co. named Julie Schoenecker manager for the I-35 district. Schoenecker joined the company in 1997 as a teller and later held the positions including store manager and sales coach consultant. She will manage eight locations in southern Minnesota.

Blanski Peter Kronlage & Zoch (BPKZ), Golden Valley, named Nathan Agre shareholder. Agre joined the firm in 2000 and was promoted to manager in the accounting and auditing department in 2006. BPKZ also named Jackie Kennedy manager and Mai Yee Vang and Ben Hangsleben senior accountants.

Bay & Bay Transportation, Rosemount, named Jeff O'Connor corporate vice president. O'Connor was president and chief executive of A&R Logistics and worked for HA Logistics, USF Logistics, Skyway Freight Systems and American Airlines.

Frandsen Financial Corp., Arden Hills, named Ken Osowski chief financial officer. Osowski was senior vice president and chief financial officer at First National Bank of River Falls, Wis. and serves on the board for Allina Hospital in River Falls.

Solomon Real Estate Group, Minnetonka, named Stephen Eggert development partner. Eggert was a senior real estate executive at Target Corp. and is a former president, vice president and board director for the Minnesota Shopping Center Association.

Platinum Bank, Oakdale, named Tony Jenkins vice president of commercial banking. Jenkins was a commercial lending officer for Lake Elmo Bank.

League of Minnesota Cities, St. Paul, named Steve Nasby president for 2015-2016. Nasby has served on the board since 2010 and is an administrator for the City of Windom.
