Wells Fargo & Co. named Becca Cooper district manager for South Central Minnesota's southern district. Cooper joined the company in 1997 and most recently was district manager for the I-35 district.

Frandsen Financial Corp., Arden Hills, named Steve Molander chief information officer. Molander joined the company in 2013 as an information security officer and most recently was director of information technology. Frandsen Financial also named Dave Brown director of information technology and interim project manager. Brown was senior vice president of information technology for Peoples Bank of Commerce in Cambridge.

Hinshaw & Culbertson named Suzanne Jones partner. Jones joined the firm's Minneapolis office in 2008 and is a web editor for the American Bar Association's Woman Advocate Committee.

The Goodman Group, Chaska, named Dee Leman national director of rehabilitation services. Leman was director of rehabilitation operations at Benedictine Health System.

Direct Travel named Anne Lawler director of business development for business travel. Lawler worked for Travel Leaders and Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Peoples Bank of Commerce, Cambridge, named Jennifer Resner vice president, business banking. Resner was vice president, commercial banking for Minnesota Bank & Trust and was a private banking relationship manager for the private client reserve of U.S. Bank. Peoples Bank of Commerce also named David Marks senior vice president, information technology.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, named Jim Kirk wealth management adviser for the private client reserve. Kirk was senior manager of wealth consulting services for Ameriprise Financial and worked for Morgan Stanley. He is a youth coach for the Mounds View Basketball Association and Shoreview Area Youth Baseball.

Spong, Minneapolis, named Jessica Anderson senior project manager. Anderson was a project management supervisor for Olson. Spong also named Kimberly Albert senior media relations specialist, trade. Albert was an account manager for Bellmont Partners, Voyageur and KQRS.

Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, St. Paul, named David Kuplic and Daniel Wrigley to the board. Kuplic is the executive vice president of Advantus Capital Management and chief investment officer for Securian Financial Group. Wrigley is the senior vice president-regional investment manager at Wells Fargo.
