Be the Match, Minneapolis, named Mike McCullough chief information officer. McCullough was vice president of information technology at Horace Mann Insurance Co. and has worked for Ameriprise Financial, MoneyGram and Citigroup. He is on the board for the Think IT Association.

Arctic Cat, Plymouth, named Greg Williamson chief marketing officer, Brit Reich vice president of North America sales and Mike Webster director of North America sales. Williamson was chief marketing officer at Spectrum Brands. Reich was the executive vice president of sales at American Recreation Products.

IVDesk, Minneapolis, named Kris Tufto chief revenue officer. Tufto was president and chief executive of Image Sensing Systems and held leadership positions at Code42, Jasc Software, Marketing Bridge and Cray Research.

Fredrikson & Byron, Minneapolis, named Robert Oberlies co-chairman of the firm's China practice. Oberlies joined the firm in 2013 and was an attorney for Jones Day in Shanghai.

StoneArch, Minneapolis, named Cassie Benowitz director of strategy. Benowitz joined the agency in 2004 and most recently was the associate director of strategy.

Target Corp., Minneapolis, named Anne Dament senior vice president, merchandising. Dament was senior vice president of services for PetSmart and has worked for Supervalu, Safeway, Grist Mill Co. and Otis Spunkmeyer.

Evine Live, Eden Prairie, named Penny Burnett chief merchandising officer. Burnett was vice president of merchandising for Global Brands Group and held leadership positions for Guggenheim Partners, Macy's and Target Corp.

MidCountry Bank, Bloomington, named Chris Kobold and Dan Weninger senior commercial bankers. Kobold was a vice president, commercial banker/relationship manager for JPMorgan Chase. Weninger was the interim regional business sales manager for BMO Harris.
