Morgan Stanley named Jack Elvestrom and Peter Wilhoit executive directors for the firm's wealth management office in St. Paul. Elvestrom joined Morgan Stanley Wealth Management in 1998 and is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College. Wilhoit joined the firm in 2008.

Shumaker & Sieffert, Woodbury, named Jennifer Rogers, Matthew Evans and Albert Vredeveld principals. Shumaker & Sieffert also hired Thomas Brennan as a principal.

Salo, Minneapolis, named Ann Ruschy chief connection officer. Ruschy joined the firm in 2010 and was the chief talent officer. She has worked for the Bailey Group, Pro Staff and Target Corp. and serves as the board vice chairwoman for Project Success.

Bremer Bank, St. Paul, named Julie McDonough private banking manager for the Twin Cities region. McDonough was a vice president in business banking at BMO Harris Bank and has worked for Eagle Crest Capital Bank and Citigroup. She is an advisory council member for Caring for Kids Initiative.

Marco, St. Cloud, named Mike Welling director of managed IT services. Welling joined Marco in 1997 as a computer technician and was the managed services technical manager.

NxThera, Maple Grove, named Maximillian Fiore chief development and operations officer. Fiore was senior vice president and chief technology officer for American Medical Systems. He has held leadership positions at OmniSonics, Smith & Nephew, Aradigm, LifeScan, Abbott Diagnostics, Abbott Hospital Products and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.

Little, Minneapolis, named Kirk Grandstrand vice president of finance and administration. Grandstrand was a strategy and innovation manager for Best Buy and worked for Target and Piper Jaffray.

Minnesota Bank & Trust, Edina, named Kristin Leuer vice president and portfolio manager. Leuer was the vice president of commercial lending at BMO Harris Bank and worked for Wells Fargo and U.S. Bank.

American Public Media Group, St. Paul, named Vikram Bhagat senior counsel. Bhagat was corporate counsel for the Associated Press in Washington, D.C., and has worked for Bingham McCutchen and Loeb & Loeb.

Mortenson Construction, Golden Valley, named Logan Gerken director of project development for the sports group. Gerken was the director of architecture for Ryan Cos. and was the lead architect for the St. Paul Saints ballpark.
