United States Distilled Products, Princeton, Minn., named Mike Duggan chief executive. Duggan held leadership positions at Diageo and ConAgra Foods. He is a graduate of University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Minnesota Public Utilities Commission, St. Paul, named Dan Wolf executive secretary. Wolf has been with the PUC for five years and replaces retiring Burl Haar.

Liberty Diversified International, New Hope, named Ross Hughes group general manager for its manufacturing technology group. Hughes was the interim general manager, and in 2013 he joined the company as director of operations. He has worked for BusinessTree and Viking Engineering and Development.

The Minnesota chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, Minneapolis, named Jaylani Hussein executive director. Hussein was the outreach director and has worked for Metropolitan State University and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.

St. Croix Promotions, Bloomington, named Terrilynn Twaddle vice president of operations, Dan Livengood vice president of the promotional division and Stephanie Ayhan creative director for promotions and retail.

DeWitt Ross & Stevens named Robert Due a member of its executive committee. Due is a partner in the firm's Minneapolis office.

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, named Maxwell Bremer, Samuel Diehl, Ashley Bennett Ewald, Loren Hansen, Jessica Johnson and Monica Kelley shareholders. Gray Plant Mooty also named Daryn McBeth government relations specialist.

Fafinski Mark & Johnson, Eden Prairie, named Heather Halverson shareholder. Halverson is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout and Hamline University's School of Law.

Hickey & Associates, Minneapolis, named Julie Kimble principal. Kimble was a vice president/general manager for Johnson Controls and held leadership positions for Opus and St. Paul Port Authority. She serves on the board for Feed My Starving Children and UMore Development.

Doran Cos., Edina, named Ryan Johnson vice president of finance. Johnson was controller at Continuum Construction and has worked for Doran previously as the director of finance. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and received his master's from the Minnesota School of Business.
