He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and serves on the board for Minnesota Health Strategy and Communications Network.

HGA, Minneapolis, promoted Nancy Blankfard, Steve Christoff, Amy Douma and Steven Dwyer to vice president. HGA also promoted Stephanie Berg, Sarah Berseth, Donovan Nelson, Jonathan Wacker and Mark Zevenbergen to associate vice president.

The U.S. Air Force named Alexander Cox the 2014 Air Force Cadet of the Year. Cox is a 2nd lieutenant in the U.S. Air Force and a valedictorian from Century High School in Rochester.
