Arc's Value Village Thrift Stores & Donation Centers, St. Paul, named Tom Hegblom district manager. Hegblom managed the New Hope store and started as a cashier for the company. He is a graduate from the University of Minnesota.

North Oaks Golf Club, North Oaks, named Joel Livingood general manager. Livingood was the general manager and chief operating officer for Oxbow Country Club in North Dakota.

Marco, St. Cloud, named Jonathan Warrey chief operating officer. Warrey joined Marco in 1996 as a sales representative and most recently was the vice president of sales. Marco also named Steve Gau vice president of sales, Fritz Wensel senior director of IT sales and Trevor Akervik senior director of manages services.

Big-D Construction named Chris Grzybowski project executive and partner of the Minneapolis office. Grzybowski has worked for Shopko, Farm & Fleet and Kone and was a project manager for Big-D Construction at its headquarters in Salt Lake City.

Dominium, Plymouth, named Kathy Rasmussen director of human resources. Rasmussen was a director of human resources for Restaurant Technologies and is a graduate of Metropolitan State University.

Kraus-Anderson, Minneapolis, named Steven McKendry senior project manager. McKendry was a senior regional preconstruction manager for Target Corp. and was the managing partner for Crown Construction Entities in Denver. Kraus-Anderson also named Luke Martin, Anthony Leon and Rody Lageson project managers.

HGA, Minneapolis, named Christine Lahr as a project architect for its Rochester office. Lahr previously worked for HGA from 1989 to 2001 and is the president of the Zumbro Valley chapter of BNI.

Knutson Construction, St. Louis Park, named Tony Franz project manager. Franz was a construction manager for Rice Lake Construction Group.

Friendship Village of Bloomington named David Miller executive director. Miller was general manager of the St. Paul Hotel and worked for Hilton's Embassy Suites and Wyndham Hotels.

Ability Network, Minneapolis, named Mark Pulido chairman. Pulido is chairman of Quidel and was the chairman of BenefitPoint where he also served as president and chief executive. He has held leadership positions for Novartis Pharmaceuticals and Red Line Healthcare.

Children's Miracle Network Hospitals named Barbara Joers to the board. Joers is the president and chief executive of Gillette Children's Specialty Healthcare.
