Minnesota Board of Medical Practice, Minneapolis, named Ruth Martinez executive director effective Aug. 27. Martinez has been a supervisor of the Board's complaint review unit for 12 years and received her master's from St. Catherine University.

Apothecary Products, Burnsville, named Nathan Hanson president and chief executive. Hanson was chief executive of Oasis Brands and held leadership positions at Pure Fishing and Kimberly-Clark. Apothecary products also named Darran Spence chief financial officer and Jim O'Sullivan senior vice president of sales.

Bremer Trust, St. Paul, named Craig Ordal executive vice president of wealth management. Ordal was a senior investment and trust manager for Northern Trust and previously worked for Bremer as a trust metro marketing manager. He worked for Wells Fargo as a private client manager and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Dougherty & Co., Minneapolis, named Jeff Seidel senior vice president in its public finance area. Seidel is an adviser to the California Infrastructure Bank in Sacramento and a board member for American Solutions for Business in Glenwood, Minn.

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, named Thomas Keller III a principal. Keller was an attorney for Moss & Barnett and regularly serves as Special Master for the United States District Court in matters regarding corporate litigation.

Christopher & Banks, Plymouth, named Lynn Derry senior vice president, general merchandise manager. Derry was senior vice president, general merchandise manager at national stores and has worked for Sears Canada, Dollar General, Charming Shoppes, Bon-Ton Stores and Adam, Meldrum and Anderson Co.

Liberty Diversified International, New Hope, named Justin Raney general manager for Immedia. Raney was chief executive of Colony Display in Elgin, Ill.

LCS Technologies named Michele Johnson account manager. Johnson was a practice director for Oracle and has more than 20 years of experience in leadership roles.

Global Citizens Network, Minneapolis, named Melinda Czaia program director. Czaia was the director of training services and international programs for the Center for Victims of Torture.

Lift Brands, Chanhassen, named Paul Carbone to the board. Carbone is the chief financial officer for Dunkin' Brands.

University of Central Missouri Foundation named Bill Westhoff to the board. Westhoff is a principal of Lakeview Investment Advisors in Chaska and chair of the advisory board for the Carlson Fund Enterprises at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
