CHS, Inver Grove Heights, named Jake Hamlin director of state government affairs. Hamlin was director of state government relations for Cargill and was a committee administrator for the Minnesota House. He is a graduate of St. Olaf College and received his master's degree from Hamline University.
Briggs and Morgan, Minneapolis, has named Kristine Boylan to focus on the commercial side of intellectual property rights. Boylan was a partner at Merchant & Gould and was appointed as a panelist to the Panel of Neutrals for the International Trademark Association.
