HealthPartners, Bloomington, named Charles Fazio health plan medical director effective May 1. Fazio was a senior vice president and chief medical officer at Medica. He has worked for Healthsense, Mille Lacs Health System, and St. Joseph's Medical Center of Brainerd.

Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, Minneapolis, said Kathleen Edmond has joined the firm's business litigation group. Edmond was Best Buy's chief ethics officer and was a recipient of the Compliance and Ethics Award by the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics. She serves as an advisory board member for the University of St. Thomas Law School.

Baker Tilly Executive Search named Kevin Vick executive vice president. Vick has more than 20 years of executive experience and nearly 10 year of experience in the executive search field. He has worked for DHR International, Pentair, Schwan's Technology Group, Timesavers and Horton.

Jackson Lewis named Rachel Bowe associate. Bowe was with Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand and has been designated a North Star Lawyer by the Minnesota State Bar Association for pro bono work. She serves as vice president of the Minnesota Asian Pacific American Bar Association.

PATH, Minneapolis, named Hank Marotske director of organization communication and development. Marotske served on the board from 2010 to 2014 and was PATH's first therapeutic supports worker from 1998-2001. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and the head lacrosse coach for St. Olaf College.

Park Dental, St. Louis Park, named Christopher Terres director of information technology. Terres was a global information technology leader for Cargill and has worked for Tennant Co., Target Corp. and ValueVision Media Inc.

Women's Foundation of Minnesota, Minneapolis, named Andrea Satter program officer. Satter has worked for Giant Steps and Coffee House Press. She is a past president of the St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce Charitable Foundation.

Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named Sarah Wiczek senior vice president, private banking. Wiczek has worked in the banking industry for 15 years and is an active member in multiple nonprofit organizations.

Signature Bank, Minnetonka, named Benjamin Monnens vice president of business banking. Monnens has worked for Peoples Bank of Commerce and M&I Bank.
