At the top

American Public Media, St. Paul, named Morris Goodwin senior vice president and chief financial officer. Goodwin has held leadership positions at Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, Chase Manhattan Bank, Morgan Stanley, American Express Financial Advisors and Deluxe Corp. He is on the board for the Search Institute, Twin Cities Rise, Charities Review Council and African American Leadership Forum.

Clarity Coverdale Fury, Minneapolis, named Rob Rankin president. Rankin was vice president and director of brand development. He has been with the advertising agency for 18 years.

Moving up

Uponor named Brent Noonan North America vice president of sales. Noonan was the vice president of U.S. sales and joined Uponor in 2010. He has worked for Kohler Co. and has 15 years of experience in the plumbing industry.

MSpace, Minneapolis, named Keith Gustafson director of technology and partner. Gustafson was director of integration and engineering manager. He is a graduate from ITT Technical Institute.

BBDO Minneapolis named Dawn Yemma creative director. Yemma joined BBDO in 2012 and has worked for Crispin Porter, Campbell Mithun and Colle + McVoy.

On the move

Dougherty & Co., Minneapolis, named Roger Norris senior vice president, private client group. Norris was a branch manager for Oppenheimer & Co. and has worked for UBS Wealth Management and Piper Jaffray. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.

Versique, St. Louis Park, named Jennifer Britton managing director of the consumer packaged goods division. Britton has worked for EYC, Kimberly-Clark, Colgate-Palmolive and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Lee Branding, Minneapolis, named Tina White managing director of its Minneapolis office. White was director of project management at FRWD and has worked at Carlson Marketing Worldwide, Martin/Williams, Best Buy, Target and Carmichael Lynch.

Olson, Minneapolis, named Bret Otzenberger senior vice president for technology. Otzenberger was vice president for engineering at Digitaria and has more than 20 years of experience. Olson also named Matt Fairchild group technical director. Fairchild was director of technology for Atomic Playpen and was a co-founder and chief technology officer for CRAM.

Exponent, Minneapolis, named Rebecca Lunna account director. Lunna worked for Periscope, Cross Country Skier magazine and Mpls St. Paul magazine.

HNTB, Golden Valley, named Patrick Watz rail transit practice leader and vice president. Watz led the AECOM engineering services consulting team for the Central Corridor light-rail transit project.
