Visit St. Paul named Terry Mattson president and chief executive. Mattson was the president for Visit Duluth, where he had 28 years with the organization in different capacities.
Laborers District Council of Minnesota and North Dakota named Todd Pufahl president. Pufahl was the legislative director and joined union leadership in 1992.
Avtex, Bloomington, named Bob Azman chief experience officer. Azman was senior vice president of customer experience at Thomson Reuters and has held leadership positions at Ceridian, eFunds Corp. and Deluxe Corp.

U.S. Bank, Minneapolis, named Margaret Paddock Twin Cities market leader for the private client reserve. Paddock was the Milwaukee market leader and joined U.S. Bank in 2006. She is on the boards of the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and the Milwaukee Art Museum.
Resource, Minneapolis, named Heidi Kammer vice president of chemical and mental health. Kammer was the director of Resource's center for recovery services.

Nilfisk-Advance, Plymouth, named Jonathan Kingsbury director of marketing and strategy for U.S. sales company. Kingsbury was the global program director for Ecolab, which he joined in 1999.
