Quadion, Plymouth, named Marlin Braun chief operating officer. Braun was senior vice president and member of the board at Greene Tweed in Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and received his master's from the University of St. Thomas.

Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq, Bloomington, named David Brown executive director in its corporate real estate advisory group. Brown was principal of Brown Commercial Real Estate Services and has worked for CBRE and American Express.
Canterbury Park, Shakopee, named Eric Halstrom vice president of racing operations. Halstrom was at Canterbury from 1997 until 2008 when he became vice president and general manager of racing for Fair Grounds in New Orleans.
Digitaria named Eden Tsehaye manager of analytics. Tsehaye was a senior Web analyst for Best Buy and has worked for RMG Connect. She is a German citizen born in Ethiopia and fluently speaks four languages.
TIES, Falcon Heights, named Denise Sundstrom director of finance and operations. Sundstrom was director of business services at Mahtomedi Public Schools.
Moving up
Littler named Andrew Voss office managing shareholder of its Minneapolis office, effective January 2014. Voss is a founding lawyer of the office and received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School.
Allianz Life Insurance Co. of North America, Golden Valley, named Nancy Knutson director of expense, workforce management and reporting in operations. Knutson joined Allianz Life in 2011 as a principal financial analyst and previously worked for more than 20 years at Ameriprise Financial.
