Wells Fargo & Co. named Michael Baden head of credit services for the Private Bank. Baden previously was senior director for the 12 state Great Lakes region. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and serves on the board of the Children's Cancer Research Fund.
Satellite Industries, Plymouth, named John Babcock chief financial officer. Babcock joined Satellite in 1993 and later started an operation in Japan. He has since held management positions with duties in supply chain & manufacturing, IT, operations and finance.
CBRE named Patricia Proshek executive managing director and global leader of its real estate services group. Proshek previously led CBRE's real estate accounting services in the Americas and is a graduate of the College of St. Benedict.
