Wells Fargo & Co. named Michael Baden head of credit services for the Private Bank. Baden previously was senior director for the 12 state Great Lakes region. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and serves on the board of the Children’s Cancer Research Fund.

Satellite Industries, Plymouth, named John Babcock chief financial officer. Babcock joined Satellite in 1993 and later started an operation in Japan. He has since held management positions with duties in supply chain & manufacturing, IT, operations and finance.

CBRE named Patricia Proshek executive managing director and global leader of its real estate services group. Proshek previously led CBRE’s real estate accounting services in the Americas and is a graduate of the College of St. Benedict.

Pohlad Cos., Minneapolis, named Martha Nevanen vice president of corporate marketing and communications. Nevanen previously was vice president of marketing and communications for Marquette Real Estate Group. She volunteers for CornerHouse, NAIOP Commercial Real Estate Development Association and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Brothers Fire Protection, Elk River, named Todd Dosch vice president. Dosch joined Brothers Fire Protection in 2005 and has more than 25 years of experience in the industry.

Melchert Hubert Sjodin, Waconia, named David Melchert, Racheal Holland and Kathryn Barnes partners.

InSite Architects, Minneapolis, named Jill Krance, Sally Layde and Dawn Wieczorek partners.

Space150, Minneapolis, named David Denham chief strategy officer and a member of its leadership team. Denham previously was chief growth officer for Colle+McVoy and has worked for Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve and SapientNitro.

Donaldson Co., Bloomington, named Jeffrey Spethmann vice president of exhaust and emissions. Spethmann has held management positions with Waltek Inc. and Blow Molded Specialties Inc. and was a previous employee of Donaldson from 1988 through 1999.

XRS Corp., Eden Prairie, named James DeSocio executive vice president of field operations. DeSocio previously was executive vice president of sales and business development for Antenna Software. He was the chief executive of Riskclick and spent 13 years with Lawson Software.
