KPMG LLP, Minneapolis, the U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm, announced that Andy Lanik and Shannon Powell have been elected audit partners. Lanik has 15 years of experience with health care and not-for-profit clients. Powell co-leads the KPMG Network of Women in Minneapolis.

Sean Reilly was promoted to managing director and will serve KPMG as a tax managing director in its economic and valuation services practice. Amy Walker was promoted to managing director and will serve KPMG as a tax managing director in its federal tax practice.

Welsh Companies, Minnetonka, hired Matthew Johnson as senior vice president, director of architecture. He has worked for a variety of clients, including Xcel Energy Inc., Amazon.com and the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs.

Digitaria, Minneapolis, a digital marketing and technology company, hired Forest Taylor as digital experience strategist. Taylor previously worked at Martin Williams, Minneapolis, and the boutique digital shop Broadhead.

Dominium, Plymouth, a national apartment development and management company, hired Tashayanna Mixson as regional manager.

Scholarship America, Minneapolis-St. Paul, hired Greg Dehn as senior vice president for Scholarship America and general manager for scholarship management services.
