ON THE MOVE

Gage Marketing Group, Minneapolis, named Rob Duran vice president and account director over its growing Microsoft business. Duran joined Gage following a series of assignments at JWT and MRM. He'll split his time between the Minneapolis and Redmond, Wash., offices.

MOVING UP

Weber Shandwick, Minneapolis, promoted Andy Keith and Greg Swan to vice presidents in its digital communications practice. Before joining Weber Shandwick in 2005, Swan worked at Kohnstamm Communications in St. Paul and the Meyocks Group in Des Moines. Keith, who joined the firm in 2008, was a strategist and evangelist for interactive media tools, content and services.
