UCare, Minneapolis, named David Albright vice president and chief information officer. Albright was vice president of information technology for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota and worked for Optum, MoneyGram and CenterPoint Energy.

Barnes & Thornburg named Brian Melendez partner in the litigation department. Melendez was an office managing member for Dykema and is a former president of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Premier Jet Center, Eden Prairie, named Nathan Ballard director of maintenance. Ballard worked for Elliott Aviation.

Doran Cos., Bloomington, named Rebecca Green and Cody Dietrich senior associates. Green was a senior associate for Jones Lang La Salle and worked for BlackRock in New York. Dietrich was a development staff associate for Dominium.
