Moving up

University of Minnesota named Mike Berthelsen vice president for university services. Berthelsen joined the university in 1993 and was interim vice president for university services.

Northwestern Mutual named Brady Lindemann managing director for the Eden Prairie office. Lindemann joined the company in 2012 and was a college unit director.

On the move

SkyWater Technology Foundry, Bloomington, named Tom Sonderman president. Sonderman was group vice president and general manager for the integrated solutions group at Rudolph Technologies and worked for GlobalFoundries and AMD.

CBRE Capital Markets named Ted Holmes senior vice president of the debt and structured finance team. Holmes was chief financial officer and executive vice president for IRET Properties and worked for Wells Fargo.

Exponent PR, Minneapolis, named Lisa Tomassen practice leader. Tomassen was marketing communications manager for General Mills and previously worked for Exponent.

Braun Intertec, Bloomington, named Jennifer Clayson Kraus senior corporate counsel. Clayson Kraus was general counsel for Parsons Electric.

Mercer named Barb Vasko partner for its health business. Vasko was a vice president for Aon.

Code42, Minneapolis, named Rob Juncker senior vice president of product development. Juncker was vice president of research and development for Ivanti and worked for VMware.

LS Black Constructors, Maplewood, named Michele Ode director of marketing and business development. Ode was marketing manager for Knutson Construction.

Honors

Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants, Bloomington, gave Tom Shroyer honorary membership. Shroyer is president and chief executive of Moss & Barnett.

American Public Works Association gave Mark Ray the Myron Calkins Young Leader Award. Ray is director of public works for Crystal.

Smiles Change Lives gave Stephen Litton the Distinguished Service Award. Litton held leadership positions for the American Association of Orthodontists, Minnesota Dental Association and the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.
