Buffalo Wild Wings Inc., Golden Valley, announced that its executive vice president and president of North America, Judith Shoulak, plans to retire on June 30 from the fast-casual restaurant chain.

MTS Systems Corp., Eden Prairie, announced it has reached a mutually agreed upon separation agreement with its senior vice president and general counsel, Catherine Powell. The company announced Monday it had regained compliance with its listing standards of the Nasdaq stock exchange when it completed the delayed filing of its annual report for the period ended Oct. 1 and its quarterly report for the period ended Dec. 31.
