Best Buy Co. Inc., up $2.41 at $29.74

A Credit Suisse analyst resumed his coverage of the electronics chain and raised its price target as it works on a turnaround plan.

Steinway Musical Instruments Inc., up $4.85 at $35.28

The New York-based piano maker is being acquired by private equity firm Kohlberg & Co. for about $438 million.

Nokia Corp., up 12 cents at $3.86

The mobile phone maker said that it will buy Siemens AG's half of their joint network operations in a $2.22 billion deal.

CoreLogic Inc., up $1.88 at $25.05

The real estate data provider is buying two other housing data firms for $661 million, to help broaden its services.

Tesla Motors Inc., up $9.82 at $117.18

A Jefferies analyst backed her "Buy" rating of the electric car company, saying deliveries may beat the company's estimates.

Intuit Inc., up $2.11 at $63.15

The maker of Turbo Tax software will sell its business that provides software to financial institutions in a $1.03 billion deal.

Onyx Pharmaceuticals Inc., up $44.51 at $131.33

The drug developer confirmed that it received and rejected an unsolicited takeover bid from drugmaker Amgen Inc.

Canadian Solar Inc., up 81 cents at $11.80

The solar company said that it will exclusively provide solar modules for a solar power plant project in Thailand.
