Recent Minnesota IPOs

Initial public stock offerings are perking up after the credit-crisis-inspired drought last year. Nationally 11 companies completed IPOs in January and three companies are expected to price their offerings this week. In Minnesota, SPS Commerce Inc., Minneapolis, filed an initial registration statement in December and plans to complete an IPO in 2010. Here are recent Minnesota-based IPOs:

2009: AGA Medical Inc. (AGAM) raised $199 million at $14.50 per share

2008: None

2007: Enteromedics (ETRM) raised $40 million at $8 per share

Virtual Radiologic Inc. (VRAD), $68 million at $17 per share

Compellent Technologies Inc. (CML), $81 million at $13.50 per share

Dolan Media (DM), $195 million at $14.50 per share

2006: US BioEnergy Corp. , $140 million at $14 per share

Wireless Ronin Technologies Inc. (RNIN), $18 million at $4 per share

Capella Education Co. (CPLA), $80 million at $20 per share

Restore Medical Inc., $32 million at $8 per share
