Moving up

Trillium Woods, Plymouth, named Christina Marshall sales and marketing director. Marshall joined the company in 2017 as a residency counselor and served on the board for River Falls Area Hospital Auxiliary in Wisconsin.

KleinBank, Chaska, named Matt Klein president. Klein was chief consumer banking officer and is the fourth generation of his family to work for the bank.

TruStone Financial, Plymouth, named Oksana Kushneryk Oakdale branch manager. Kushneryk joined the credit union in 2006 and most recently was an assistant branch manager.

HGA, Minneapolis, named Jonathan Bartling, Rebecca Krull Kraling, Joe Wetternach and Deb Young vice presidents.

On the move

Cushman & Wakefield named Tom Tracy executive director. Tracy worked for the Excelsior Group and is a former president of Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate/Realtors. Cushman & Wakefield also named Katie Tufford senior director. Tufford was general manager of West End Office Park in St. Louis Park.

FocusPoint Technologies, Roseville, named Kathy Washenberger chief information officer. Washenberger worked for Donaldson and Hennepin County.

HDR named Scott Elofson design principal. Elofson was vice president/design leader for Elness Swenson Graham Architects and worked for BKV Group.

Marketplace Home Mortgage, Edina, named Mark Muth director of construction lending. Muth worked for DHI Mortgage Co.

Honors

Minnesota State Bar Association, Minneapolis, gave Anne Applebaum the Bernard P. Becker Legal Services Emerging Leader Award. Applebaum is the pro bono director for the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota.

Minnesota Subcontractors Association, Minneapolis, gave Aaron Dean the Champions Award. Dean is a member of Moss & Barnett's litigation team.

Minnesota Federation of Engineering, Science and Technology Societies gave Ron Bennett the Charles W. Britzius Distinguished Engineer Award. Bennett is professor emeritus and founding dean of the School of Engineering at the University of St. Thomas.
