AT THE TOP

Dorsey & Whitney named Bridget Logstrom Koci and Skip Durocher co-office heads of the Minneapolis office. Logstrom Koci is a partner in the firm's trusts and estates consulting practice and is a fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Durocher is a partner in Dorsey's litigation and regulatory affairs departments.

Cambria, Le Sueur, named Rodolfo Panisi president and chief executive of Cambria International. Panisi was president and chief executive of Stonepeak Ceramics.

Minnesota Board of Aging named Kari Benson executive director. Benson was also named director of the Minnesota Department of Human Services Aging and Adult Services division. She was a planning and quality assurance manager and worked for more than 15 years with aging services at the federal and state levels.

North Star Resource Group, Minneapolis, named Edward Deutschlander chief executive. Deutschlander was chief executive-elect for three years and joined the company in 1993 as a financial adviser.

MOVING UP

Jewish Family and Children's Service of Minneapolis named Lee Friedman chief operating officer. Friedman joined the nonprofit in 2014 and most recently was human resources director. He worked for Wilderness Inquiry and was an attorney and partner for Briggs and Morgan.

Securian Financial Group, St. Paul, named Brent Lesmeister national sales vice president for its group insurance division. Lesmeister joined Securian in 1997 as part of the company's management development program.

Campus Media Group, Bloomington, named Joel Eisfelder director of account services. Eisfelder was sales director and worked for the Star Tribune.

ON THE MOVE

Faegre Baker Daniels, Minneapolis, named David Sanders chief talent officer. Sanders was chief human resources officer at Sedgwick in San Francisco and a Gulf Coast area director of human resources for Ernst & Young. He served on the board for the Northern California Human Resources Association.

Bellmont Partners, Edina, named Breanna Welke group account director. Welke was public relations manager for Marvin Windows and Doors and worked for Kohnstamm Communications, Maccabee Group and Golin in Chicago.

CoBeck Construction Co., South St. Paul, named Tom Madsen director of business development. Madsen worked for Kraus-Anderson, JE Dunn and Benson-Orth Associates and served on the board for the Minnesota Shopping Center Association.

HONORS

National Tax-Deferred Savings Association gave Josh Decker the Elite Advisor Award. Decker is a financial adviser for EFS Advisors.
