Verde Technologies, Burnsville, named Jason Sundby chief executive. Sundby served on the board since 2012 and is a founding partner of Atlas Capital Partners. He was vice president of corporate administration at Regis and director of risk management for the Star Tribune. Verde also named Christine Horton chief commercial officer.

Olson, Minneapolis, named Jurene Fremstad senior vice president for strategy. Fremstad was director of strategy at Mono since 2012. She worked for Deutsch, Mother, Naked and Euro and co-founded the New York chapter of the Account Planning Group.

MDA Leadership Consulting, Minneapolis, named Jeff Stoner head of the firm's leadership development practice. Stoner held leadership positions for Data Solutions, Mobi, Johnson Group and Deluxe.

Antenna, Minneapolis, named Nick Lipetzky client development director. Lipetzky worked for BBDO and Space150 and is on the board of the Minnesota Interactive Marketing Association.

Mairs and Power, St. Paul, named Justin Miller equity analyst/assistant vice president. Miller was a senior investment manager for Wells Fargo Private Bank and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Crown Bank, Edina, named Ashley Gustafson vice president/commercial banking. Gustafson was a commercial lender for 21st Century Bank and is a graduate of the College of St. Scholastica.

Anchor Bank named Corey Piekarski bank manager for the Blaine location. Piekarski was a bank manager for BMO Harris Bank.

Dominium, Plymouth, named Carol Chen portfolio and e-mail marketing specialist. Chen was a freelance marketing consultant and a marketing director for Mike Otto Construction.

American College of Trial Lawyers named Jan Conlin a fellow. Conlin is a founding partner of Ciresi Conlin.

Rotation Medical, Plymouth, named Richard Ryu and Marc Labbe to the scientific advisory board. Ryu is a senior member of the Ryu Hurvitz Orthopedic Clinic in Santa Barbara, Calif., and Labbe is a clinical assistant professor at Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas Medical Branch.
