Amy Drury, the new vice president of sales at Coherent Solutions, is working to help the St. Louis Park information technology consulting and outsourcing company expand into new markets and industries.

Coherent Solutions has strong growth potential in Chicago, which it already serves, and on its existing East Coast business, Drury said. The company has offices in Boston and New York plus its development center in Minsk, in the Eastern European country of Belarus.

Health care is among the industries the company is targeting for growth, said Drury, who assists in strategic sales of application development, mobile development and business intelligence services.

Coherent Solutions' work with entrepreneurial clients such as Jingit and LiquidSpace is part of what drew her to her new role.

Drury has served on the executive committee of the board of the Fairview Foundation, which supports Fairview Health Services, for the past two and a half years.

The company, which has 350 employees, was named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies, with revenue jumping to $13.1 million last year from $8.8 million in 2011.
