AP poll: Ohio State drops; rest of Big Ten jumps

It's become the "Big Five" in national rankings, but those teams are staking their territory.

Ohio State, the Gophers' opponent Tuesday, fell three spots in the AP poll this week after losing to Michigan State at home on Saturday. The win propelled the Spartans up to No. 7. Also rising significantly was Wisconsin, which lost to the Buckeyes but overcame Minnesota in overtime at Williams Arena and moved up six spots. Michigan jumped from No. 22 to No. 17 and Indiana, from 23 to 18.

For the second consecutive week, no other Big Ten team received any top-25 votes. Here is the full poll:
