A park-and-eat celebration marked the opening of a new parking ramp at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The new Orange ramp at the Humphrey terminal opened at 8 a.m. Thursday with drivers of the first 3,000 vehicles receiving free oranges and orange scones in what was billed as a "grand drive-through breakfast." The freebies ended at noon.

With the 4,000 additional parking spaces, the eight-story parking facility at the Humphrey terminal now accommodates 9,500 vehicles.
